Our Story

What began in 2009 as a modest operation with three vehicles has grown into one of Nottingham's most respected independent car hire services. We started because we saw a gap: business travellers in the East Midlands deserved access to premium vehicles without the impersonal experience of national chains.

Fifteen years later, our fleet has expanded, but our approach remains unchanged. We know our regular clients by name. We remember their preferences. When something goes wrong—as it occasionally does with any vehicle—we respond as though our reputation depends on it, because it does.

We remain proudly independent, operated by the same founding team, with no plans to franchise or expand beyond our capacity to maintain the standards that earned our reputation.

Every car in our fleet undergoes rigorous maintenance beyond manufacturer requirements. We retire vehicles earlier than most operators, ensuring our clients never experience the diminished quality that comes with high-mileage rentals.

Our team handles enquiries directly—no call centres, no scripts. When you contact us, you speak with someone who can actually make decisions and solve problems. It is an old-fashioned approach that we have no intention of modernising.

Transparent Pricing

Our quoted price is your final price. We do not add fees for additional drivers, GPS, or standard insurance. If costs change—fuel surcharges during shortages, for instance—we communicate that before booking, not after.

Local Knowledge Matters

Operating exclusively in the East Midlands means we understand this region intimately. We know which hotels have adequate parking for larger vehicles. We can advise on routes that avoid roadworks. When East Midlands Airport experiences disruption, we adjust collection times accordingly.

This local focus also shapes our fleet selection.
